If your vehicle was impounded or in an accident and you believe it may be in our lot,  feel free to contact our office staff at 231-865-3731 during office hours to verify, or you can check the Michigan SOS Auto Lost and Found website. When calling to inquire about a vehicle please have the following information ready:

Location of where the vehicle was picked up.

Date and Time that the incident happened.

Make and Model of the vehicle.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

License Plate Number.

Which police department was at the scene.

If your vehicle was impounded by the police department you will need to contact that police department first and retrieve a vehicle release form from them.  You must provide us with that vehicle release form before you are able to access your vehicle.
