Baxter's Towing has been serving the Muskegon area since 1955. The company was started as Baxter's White Front by Leonard Baxter on the corner of Airline, and Sternberg Rd. in Fruitport, MI.  Since then the company has grown to do a lot more than just pump gas. Now instead of pumping gasoline we fill propane tanks up to 100lbs cylinders. We now have the largest towing fleet in the Muskegon area along with the largest capacity tow truck equipped with a knuckle boom for lifting and moving just about anything.
    Since 1955 the company has changed hands 3 times from father to son. Larry Baxter now is running the company with his father Fred Baxter assisting as much as he can. In the towing industry having the knowledge and experience to get the job done right is key. We are proud to say that because Baxter's Towing has been in the Baxter family from the beginning, and that from a young age that Baxter children have grown up in the towing industry there is nothing that we can not handle.
